Monday morning, Chasity Lotta, of Greece, pleaded guilty to felony DWI and received a sentenced of one to three years.

Court papers indicate Lotta said this to the officer "approximately 15 times."
In February, Lotta was pulled over in Canandaigua for speeding in a rental car. Police say she had an open container and appeared to be drunk. Lotta’s attorney tells News 10NBC she is considering a deal where should would be sentenced to one to three years to run concurrent with the Monroe County sentence.
