George Christiana, of Accord, was arrested by the New York State Police at 3:17 a.m. Sunday after Troop F responded to a driving while intoxicated incident in the town of Rochester at 2:59 a.m. The 70-year-old male was taken into custody on charges of failure to keep to the right, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, first offense, and DWI, first offense. This included a violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 1120, a class I offense, among others.

At 4:51 a.m. Sunday, the New York State Police responded to a driving while intoxicated incident in the town of Manchester. Troop T at the Junius Pond station was dispatched and arrested Olivia S. Piacentini, of Rochester, at 5:19 a.m. The 24-year-old female was taken into custody near mile marker 337 of Interstate 90 in the town of Manchester on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, first offense, and DWI, first offense. This included a violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 1192, Subsection 02, a class U offense, among others. The defendant is in possession of an appearance ticket. The incident is listed as pending investigation.
