Rochester native and Keuka College Storm guard Coty Paige has been named the college's Male Athlete of the Week this week after scoring a career-best 29 points during a basketball loss to SUNYIT on Saturday, Feb. 11.
Paige averaged 15 points, six rebounds and 2.5 assists per game last week. Having scored only one point during a loss to Cazenovia on Wednesday, Feb. 8, Paige had 29 points, seven rebounds and four assists against SUNYIT.
Paige was 9 of 16 from the field, 2 of 3 on three-point shots and 9 for 11 from the free throw line. Paige leads the Storm in scoring average, rebounding and steals for the season, with an average of 14 points per game, 5.9 rebounds per game, and 1.7 steals per game. He has scored upward of 20 points in five games this season.
