Shane Jones, 9, of Canandaigua, was chosen to be inside a bubble by the "Bubble Man", Doug Rougeux, of Syracuse, who performed for local children at the Canandaigua Elementary School Auditorium. The Event was sponsored by the Wood Library and called "Dream Big, READ!".
