A special meeting for the sole purpose of continuing the discourse on the PILOT agreement for I-Square was anything BUT. More data to share with the Town Board on the financial details of the plan by Mr. Nolan were not allowed to be heard. It was clear any discourse had to be behind closed doors. Not acceptable as a tax-paying resident.

The 10-year PILOT voted on is NOT supporting I-Square. I implore the Town Board to hear the financial presentation by Mr. Nolan on the 25-year plan, continue the discourse and invite an objective CPA to review the viability of the plan. This is too important of a project for this town.

Please do not say you support the project. Your actions at last week’s special meeting were very clear in the lack of support in how you treated Mr. Nolan. A thorough/public review of Mr. Nolan’s plan (that included the latest concessions he made — not yet heard) by a financial expert on PILOTs (not anyone on the Town Board) would help us all feel better.
