Greece Chamber of Commerce will hold a facilitated panel discussion centered around successful family businesses from 8 to 10:30 a.m. March 30 in the Golisano Academic Gateway Building at St. John Fisher College, 3690 East Ave., Rochester.
Michael Caceci, founder and owner of Excellerated Performance; and Robert Lewis, business coach and adviser with The AdviCoach, will serve as facilitators with featured panelists Julie Camardo-Steron, president of Zweigle’s Inc.; Raymond Isaac, president of Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning; and Kip Palmer, president of Palmer Food Services.
Attendees will learn about the visions and behaviors that developed into leadership for the three businesses. The audience will hear from each company president how they meet and exceed challenges that family-owned businesses face. A Q&A will end the panel.
Registration is required. The panel costs $10 for Greece Chamber members, $30 for general admission and free for college students with a valid ID.
