On Saturday, Aug. 25, around 3:30 a.m., Monroe County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the Western Truck Stop convenience store at 4925 W. Henrietta Road in Henrietta for a report of a gunpoint robbery, said Cpl. John Helfer, public information officer.
The store clerk reported that a man displayed a handgun and robbed the business of a sum of cash, then fled southbound on West Henrietta Road in a vehicle.
Deputies located Antony Bragg, 28, of 1739 South Road, Wheatland, in a vehicle entering the intersection of North Road and Scottsville Road, and found him in possession of a handgun. He was subsequently charged with second-degree robbery and petit larceny. He was sent to the Monroe County Jail on $20,000 cash or $30,000 bond.
