A retired Ridge Road Fire District firefighter is facing criminal charges.
On Friday, Oct. 26, Greece Police charged Thomas S. Chennell, 53, and Leeann M. Chennell, 51, both of Bright Autumn Lane, with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, which are both felonies.
Both individuals were arraigned in Greece Town Court and committed to Monroe County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
