Irondequoit’s St. Paul Boulevard Fire Department is hosting a spaghetti dinner for fundraiser to benefit new recruit Kate Travers from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, at its Exempts Club, 690 Thomas Ave.
Kate Travers has recently been diagnosed with viral meningitis. She is also a mother of seven children under the age of 12.
Tickets to the dinner/fundraiser are $13 in advance and will be $15 at the door. Tickets for children ages two to 10 are $8; children under age two are free.
There will be 50/50 as well as other raffles, and a dinner ticket enters attendees in a grand prize drawing.
