Advertising, marketing and public relations agency Dixon Schwabl added four new employees to its team and promoted one.

Megan Sperber was hired as a mechanical artist. She is responsible for collaborating with art directors and the creative team on all design work, versioning creative designs for campaigns and preparing files for production. She previously worked at Dixon Schwabl before taking time off to start a family.

 Zoe Maves of Fairport was hired as art director. She will work with the creative team on the development of strategic campaigns, defining brand strategies and evaluating client objectives to create unique solutions for large-scale clients such as Frontier Communications. Most recently, she worked for HBT Architects.

Sandy Herington will be a production manager for Dixon Schwabl to oversee all direct-mail communications, collaborate with account service and creative teams and manage national partner and vendor relations. Most recently, Herington worked for Allworx Corporation as a marketing manager consultant. She lives in Fairport.

Shannon Struzik of Macedonia is responsible for designing, organizing and coordinating special events including fundraisers, galas, conferences and corporate meetings. She joins the special events division at Dixon Schwabl from the Ad Council of Rochester where she worked as the director of community engagement and development.

Sarah Fairbrother was promoted to prepress supervisor. The Rochester resident will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining client deadlines, supervising creative versioning for campaigns, developing unique creative solutions for large-scale marketing campaigns and overseeing press checks for materials. Fairbrother started at Dixon Schwabl in 2005.
